It is what it is...God Don't Like Ugly. This Norfolk sight has many issues still to this Day..managers sleeping with Associates..and Associates who drink All the time.. Everyday. Dam. How much stress cause for that.. And management who don't know their job. And uses others as scape goats.. God Know this place needs to be dismantle.. Because people or Not Loyal... Never in my life have I seen so many fack folks...After 8Years working here. I was walked out only because of lack of Training. But I knew more than my manager and she wasn't having it. Now Really this is how BOA..rolls..But it was the Biggest blessing I've ever gotten from this company.. I've moved on. God has a plan. And BOA isn't in it. So Stay packed..Get packed. Because this is the Year the big Boys Fall...and fall hard. They want be alone. Watch that 401k. Stock market is about to DROP HARD VERY HARD..THIS YEAR. I WOULD BLOCK IT OR STOP IT BY JUNE IF NOT NOW..REALLY. ARE YOU WILLING TO TAKE A RISK OF LOOSING ALL YOUR 8-10-12-15-20 YEARS SAVINGS..JUST INCASE IM NOT WRONG HUMM.many want listen. But I know numbers.. And I'll laugh at those who don't listen...js ..Why not your being warned now .Good Luck folks of My Past...&Future..Being dirty always gets in your eyes..Now who do you know.. If you think you were "walked out" because of lack of training, well.... DUH... you were there long enough to know, you don't get trained at the land of BofA. It's sink or swim and if you stay long enough, you can get a nice little chunk of change on your way out.
Wow you must be talking about Addison site all those problems exsist there too but they got rid of one of the managers boy toy. And a drunk unit manager the place is beginning to look like a ghost town!
A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Maybe you weren't walked out but dragged out because you were screwing your boss during lunch and drinking and passed out at your desk.
