EDMC executives are putting themselves at risk by not publishing the list of teach out sites. There are people at the NYC AI who are especially worried. FYI: NYC AI is backed by concerned students as well as a labor union. This could get the same type of press as the #Corinthian100 Strike Debt movement if the Debt Collective gets involved.................https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/edmc-keeps-art-institutes-students-staff-dark-dahn-shaulis?trk=mp-author-card

CK..what's the risk? You know nothing you d sucker...post something of merit or go community organize a race riot.
Teach out has no value. A feel good term. A program available online will be forced on the students. If there is another location within reasonable driving distance such as Dulles to AIW...they will be forced there. Then attrition sets in and like that...teach out is over in 6 months or less.
Camden you d sucker...call them you are so damn concerned. You have the same piss poor skills as the community organizer in the Oval Office. Spare us.

If a teach out is already planned for AiNYC, has United Federation of Teachers, Local 2, American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO (aka "the union") been notified?
That labor contract expires in August.. Last time it was up was August 2012 and if no agreement was reached the campus was set to close. Ultimately a deal was struck at the 11th hour and it resulted in a teach out of half the school's programs, and an immediate reduction in force................ Also of note- the lease expires in November 2017 .. this would leave no time for a fall 2017 quarter meaning this July class will leave exactly 2 years ... Interestingly, that location has only 2 year programs.... Hmmmm....
This is what one anomymous source indicated...........https://twitter.com/eastmantweets/status/581499990062829568
