Wadda people think about the work sharing at PCP?

Do you mean where 2 people share a week. One person works 2 days and the other works 3? I worked with some people that job shared and they liked of course one was retired and just wanted extra income and the other was a housewife and mother and wanted more time with home and children for someone that needs a job to support themselves it is not a good idea, can't make a living.
In Edmonton and we make pcp pumps.
