ITS OFFICIAL, SUO big salaries will be cut before July 1

Always good to be buds with disgruntled former HR generalists. If you work at SUO PGH ask yourself this question. If our numbers are holding steady it even down a little bit, why is every training class full with 6-8 new AR's? Hmmmm. You know what is coming. SUO PGH has at least a dozen AR's making 100K+. New hire AR's make 40K. It's simple math, they can have 3 AR's for the salary of 1. I am told that the phase out process will take place the 3 Thursday in June. The only high salary AR's that are safe are those working the company's golden egg, the NP program. Also, looks like there will FINALLY be some manager cuts. I am told of a meeting that was held today for leadership. There is a new rollout for compliance. AM's will now be held accountable for their teams compliance gaps. Yep, let that sink in for a moment. Sounds like the perfect way to get rid of someone. Almost too easy. Ok, that's your TRUTH report for now.

Why is it BS? They would get the ideas from the veterans and then let them go and sell the ideas as their own. That is far from anything new at EDMC. He is probably meeting with them frequently because they are already on a list.

Wait, AM's will be held responsible for compliance? I bet that Heartless Prick PC is shaking. His team has been cutting corners for years. Now if he could be held accountable for his other bogus moves that would be great. Like moving students around between his favorite AR's to make sure they hit plans, all the while firing the other ones at a pace that no one could match. Also hope he gets held accountable for sleeping with the other ones.

Hamburgler has been meeting with vets to find ways to better processes and student experience. He's met with them 3 times already. No way he fires these high paying vets. Another bullshit news story.
