These bloated board members make me puke. They sit in their chairs (that take the shape of their fat asses over time) and bluster their bullshit and all it amounts to is a $15.00 stock price.

Non-voluntary retirements don't typically include company-wide going away parties.
Krapchinski bought a bunch of stock a few months back and kept CHK stock from plummeting for a few more months, but yeah he should totally be forced out. I doubt this is a voluntary retirement.
