It begins by sneaky managers and changing the quality requirements making it more difficult to complete work. We begin to fire for effect. Finally we layoff the remaining people. We blacklist and threaten you. After we cut head count the big ass raises are given. Stalinism at its finest “priceless”.
Yes...lost 4 in my department on 04/22. Another group losing 60.....and yes im in Charlotte.
Something wicked this way comes...my husband can feel it. The constant reorganization has begun to take its toll. Fear cultivates quiet compliance .
Wouldn't be a huge surprise big wigs are in town for a few days in Charlotte.Maybe its just for show but regardless its same old thing they fly in rack up their corporate card give a big bs speech. They have a hearty meal n away they go and nothing gets accomplished.
