One week for every year. I got 6.4 weeks
2 weeks per year. The cheap pricks!!
To add to the below; its being offered to specific people and most of those people are dual career.
its not a severance package..those who are getting offered 6 months salary are being offered an incentive leave of absence.
They are being asked to leave for a period of 6 months after which SLB will either have the option to bring them back or not. I believe there are restrictions in place such as non-compete etc.
After taxes it'll be about one month of pay.
Ours was just enough to cover insurance premiums for a month...nice huh?
