New compliance policy claims its first AM victim at SUO PGH.

As was reported last week, a new compliance policy was put into effect last week. AM's will now be held responsible for AR's compliance gaps via a 6 month reporting period and a point system based on the level of gap. AM's have been meeting 1 on 1 with frizzy all this week regarding the policy. It seems that the policy claimed it first victim as an AM in PGH was walked out this morning. Comes as no surprise, his team was a mess. I can't wait to watch this show continue and see who's next. Hearing that 2 more AM's and an ACM will bite the bullet in this one.

One big twist to this policy, it seems they will not be responsible if they catch the gap on call copy first and write it up. Yep, that's right, just another reason for AM's to use to get rid of the AR's they don't want to work with.

Expect an influx In call copy and 1 on 1's in the coming weeks.

Who will be next?

It wasn't compliance. You fools don't know a damn thing. Get off here and dial.

Wasn't him, I just saw him in a room with another AM.

At least maybe it wasn't him YET. He has been uncharacteristicly quiet this week, won't even come near our team.

I think it was the DJ on the other side of the building
