It was rumored months ago they would be closing the office in May. There is a new owner of the building. Even though management says that is not true, it came from a relatively reliable source. Anyone know? Thanks. 🌻🌼🌸🌷

It begins by sneaky managers and changing the quality requirements making it more difficult to complete work. We begin to fire for effect. Finally we layoff the remaining people. We blacklist and threaten you. After we cut head count the big ass raises are given. Stalinism at its finest “priceless”.

I'm not a manager, but there are rumors everyday so I'm sure some of them you heard did come true. So that point you made is funny in a way. And me being a manager too, funny. You sound like you know you are getting chopped. Good luck. Shouldn't be on written warnings and failing scorecards.

I should have made my comment a bit clearer. I meant that management denies that ACM / BAC would be closing, not that they we denying new ownership. I just cannot see them working effectively and efficiently under their current circumstances. Business is declining. Staff is at a minimum currently. It's hard to believe that the "rumors" aren't true. My understanding is they have made it nearly impossible for the employees to execute documents without errors. Again, no misunderstanding, that is only what I have heard from current (excellent) employees. The stress level there is apparently so huge and that is just horrible that wonderful employees are treated this way. Management has turned it's ugly head. Upper management has gotten rid of it's best managers without blinking an eye. So that leaves the ones with the worst employee rapport. I feel sorry for everyone still there. Granted, they are all fortunate to have jobs, but what they have to endure each and every day. Hang in there folks. 🌈💰
Rumor as of now and no WARN notice has been filed... And mngmt never denied new ownership of the building. They sent an all site email about it and walked the new owners through the building. It's the same company that bought all the apt buildings in Allegheny center. Rumors at our site always seem to be started by the folks whom do not pay attention to the few useful facts we are actually given.
