The reason they only care about the ones with disabilities is because of exceptions in the labor law (they will have a lawsuit against them). Everyone for themselves bring out the medieval swords and hack away!!!

The lack of communication is on purpose (all departments in charlotte are performing this). Knowledge is power to keep your job at this point. HR and Corporate Security will go back months looking for reasons to fire you and steal your severance and pension. Drink the Kool-Aid.

I guess not knowing what your are doing and lack of communication is the motto of the Doc Ex managers in Addison, Plano and Pittsburgh. Constantly fearing you will be next on the list is not the type of work environment people should work in. I would like to know what sites and how many people will be let go on June 3. I also don't buy into this notion that Pittsburgh is awesome and they won't be shut down either.

Doc Ex in Addison, you must be talking about Plano too. Same stuff happens here. Huge lack of communication and nobody knows what they are doing. People are jumping ship left and right. Managers are running around wondering why? The almighty Bank of America does not care about the Associates, they only care about the ones that have mental disorders, are liars and treat people any way they want. And guess what when you call HR, nobody does anything about those crazies. Why? because that's what the bank wants. And don't get me started on the "Work Life Balance" and "You are in Charge of your own Career." All a huge lie!!!

At this point i dont care im just waiting im so sick of working in a place where a Unit Manager thinks it is ok to relay info to 1 person and other people get info second hand. It is not right but she thinks it is but i guess they stick with there own kind!!!!

They have begun manipulating system records. We are on a scorecard tthat neverhas correct data. Employees are being wrote up and fired. Many errors have been found. Beach street layoffs . Tryingto avoid severance

Is this legal? ??

Just another rumor. Doc Ex in Pittsburgh won't be included if its true. They are taking on more business. They can't afford another layoff. They need all hands that they have currently. Pittsburgh is awesome. They are willing to do any and all work they can get and they do it without complaining AND they do it right! AND they do it quickly. The employees in Pittsburgh are ranked very high within the BOA world. They even renewed their lease at that site. They will not be going anywhere anytime soon. Pittsburgh is a force that can't be beat. Management is the best! So, maybe they will get a raise to match all this unbelievably awesome work they do. Praise is good but everyone loves the rewards of more money. Go after it PITTSBURGH! You are the champions!
