How long before the executives stop this injustice?

I overheard them laugh saying this is going to be fun and I also heard the manager say make them work for it. This means they are not playing fair when it comes to training. Training information will not be given freely.
They will not supply a clear outline from step one too ten but might show you step nine, ten then mix it up a little and jump back to eight and seven. Eventually they will declare you were trained on all the steps. The comments from some trainers range from; no one showed me how to do it or I had to learn on my own; Why should you be supplied the instructions, I did not. One manger made some of these comments right to my face. This is team player spirit at its finest. HR could care less. If you have a serious infraction with the labor law I would register the complaint first with the police or your state labor law board. Do not waste your time dealing with HR.
Nobody cares, you are just a number, go work for a smaller bank and you'll understand what I am talking about
