Hey you know how you were successful at your job? Well stop that. Time to bore the shit out of potential students and have them be exhausted by the time you suggest they apply. Why this change? How will it impact new students? What are the hard numbers? We have no f***ing clue but know for sure this is a good idea because it sounds right on paper. Lastly I know that when we were on the floor we excelled at our jobs by not doing what we're telling you to do but forget about that. Off to the phones now, demoralize yourselves with this new micromanagement.

Let me know how many students you actually rope in. If it wasn't for big borrowing and stealing, there would be no students. Anyone with a living Brain cell, knows the reputation of the school, and goes elsewhere.
