i heard this is bs, but, being someone with marketable skills, I am done listening to the people I trust that are still looking abroad at the same time. True or not, I am tired of the stress, man up, she aint the only hole in town!

I guess it has taken that long for the Bobs to complete their analysis. I suspect that overpaid managers will be exempt.

Layoff is focused on reducing burden of overpaid employees.
If you make a lot, you better hope you have a director who knows what you do and why you are worth your salary. Managers were not asked for input in employee evaluation this round.
