Thread regarding Follett layoffs

It will never be the same as long as the current leaders (not Ray) are here

So sad....back in the day I really thought this company was going places...great teams...great employees. ..having a second family at Follett made working 50+ hours a week bearable...we got the job done and not just that.. we were PROUD!......it's so sad to see it disintegrate before our eyes. .when it had so much potential. ..but now it's money..power and more money.but nothing for the little people....they killed it all by themselves. ..so sad!!..I hope everybody's find something better for themselves remember know your worth!

I hope the new leaders realize that any remaining employees do not want to work for the abusers of the past few years. Even if they change their behavior to align themselves with the new leadership views - they are still a wolf in sheeps clothing. We need to clean house of the bad blood and start a fresh slate.

I bet ole C.W. and his sons are so dizzy from spinning in their graves from all the "progress, changes and profits" the company has made over the past few years.

Aaahhh... the good old days when it was a pleasure and want to come to the work at office where now it's worse than going to see a dentist for a root canal.

Couldn't agree with you more... although I'm not saying we should be stuck living in the past and avoid change... there are reasons why they teach "history" in schools and universities which for us to learn from the past and integrate lessons learned into the future... we certainly can't step back into the past but by remembering it and learning from it can help us to build a better future instead of a death sentence like the company is doing now. If the company w as able to survive 150+ years before the current Mangement team center in don't you think some of us must have been doing somethings CORRECTLY, RIGHT AND PROFITABLE! TALK ABOUT THAT THE NEXT STINKING TOWN HALL MEETING.
