What the f*** is going on. Management seems to be highly stressed. Directors seem pissed. Gavlik walks around ALL day and watches. Worst environment I have ever worked in. Damn. Any insight?

Managers and Directors do seem f'ing dumb. I would agree. That school is terrible!!!!

Gee, I can't imagine why goals are not being met and potential students are not buying the new and improved advertising campaign. Can't have anything to do with the 11 Billion fraud lawsuit by the US Department of Justice. Or the fact that they are closing down 15 schools. Or the fact that they defaulted on a 1 Billion loan and got taken over by their creditors. Or the numerous personal experiences on You-tube. Or the fact that they have the lowest graduation rate matched up with the they highest likely to default on their loans for lack of a real job. Yeah, none of that has anything to do with it.
When goals aren't met , middle management is easy picking for cost reductive measures . Basic business 101
