Just remember, manager. When you lay us off you will soon have to pick up our work. So you think very hard on how much you value your down time, because I assure you, when I'm gone you won't have any down time anymore. You think you can do my job? Now you're just in denial and oh lord I cannot wait until the tables are turned. Remember. This story only gets harder for you. You've grown accustomed to your life style. I'll have another job by Friday that pays what I make now. You on the other hand.... Not so much. So, bring it bitch.
Just think what would happen if all the mgr's had to justify their down-time and non-value added time at work !!!
