I dont know whether it is a relevant post here. But i want to know whether the hirings at Qualcomm are on hold or scrapped. Cleared the interviews, but no further communication from HR. even not replying to my mails

105853 - Who is everyone that is trying to get out? What data do you have to support this WHIM?
I work in main campus and everyone seems ok and not looking for jobs? Is this what you THINK and not really the TRUTH? Are you one of those, "Oh I heard some people say that they leaving, that means everyone is quitting." Are you looking?
@105853: maybe he doesn't know what he wants to do OR maybe he is smart and has a clever idea: join now , work shortly , get laid off and collect unemployment afterwards
So um...why the hell are you trying to get in when everyone who's in is trying to GTFO?
Make sure the people who interviewed you are still there and haven't got laid off. And if not, send them an email to express your interest to join Q and later be one of the mass layoffs.
Young people on h1b newly joined have proven to be better slaves
Usually HR doesn't reply to the candidates whom they are not considering to hire. It happened with one of my friends. This may be the case for you as well. This is a very bad culture with Q HR..

new hires are usually young n on h1b visa
The usually send a limo to your door carrying champagne, roses and an offer letter, so keep your eyes out for that.
