Obviously they are trying to stop the talent drain over the last few years. Between the layoffs and voluntary departments, it is safe to say the only A players are the new leadership team. They are legends in their own minds. Follett has lost tremendous talent from people that actually used to do the work. In addition, for anyone still here, they are so worried about the continued layoffs the committment is low. This can only change through changes in leadership that destroyed the company.

So they set FHEG up to succeed and FSS up to fail. That seemed pretty clear when they first announced the goals. Certainly helps my morale when I am set up to fail.

They were stretch goals, as opposed to FHEG's easy goals which were met by financial manipulations. Reserves eliminated etc.

FSS did not make their numbers because the numbers were ridiculous. We were set up to fail. Easy to set a goal that is impossible to reach and that is what happened.

the inventory in the stores and the inventory in ADC is watered down. Lots of old editions. Who decision is it to buy old editions? Next year will be a bad year.

FSS has been profitable. FSC had record profits but didn't get a bonus because FHEG was losing so much money.

Congratulations on your bonus. It is not because of any new programs or projects and was earned on the backs of me and literally thousands others who have been laid off over the past 3 years. Unless you keep cutting you have not hope for a new bonus next year. What is your future - Brytewave?

Maybe Follett family has decided to stop beating the employees with a stick. It would be nice if they figured out they would get better productivity by treating the employees better.
