When a student calls in with questions about school, DONT ANSWER THEM!!!! Ignore the question and ask them a question to reveal all the problems they have had. The magic formula is at 12 minute 4 second mark of the call, you can answer questions about the school. People! This is the magic formula. Taken us many years to figure this out! I am so excited!

I think it's comical they consider asking a student if they have a computer is "prejudging" when they are interested in online. Lord forbid if a student then fails for not having internet access, then finance and academics get their asses chewed out. Setting people up for failure from the beginning seems to be the road most traveled here. GREAT ETHICS.
