I am ver certain that there will be layoffs on the 24th. However, when is the next hit for the teach out campuses? We were all promised 60!nitices. So wouldn't out next hit be at the beginning of August so they will be gone by October start?

@868 - What happened with the teachers in Atlanta and grade changes?
The grade changes in Atlanta were covered by a different sort of laws. There are sanctions for schools who meddle with grades, but they are not as swift, sure, or even relevant. Part of what hurt the public schools was that some received federal funds for hitting certain improvement targets. Thus, where proven, can be open to federal fraud prosecution.
Hope all the Grade Changes were valid... You saw what happened to the teachers in atlanta... That same scrutiny is probably gonna hit the for profit sector. C.K. can tell you all about it...
I wish I was drinking. Just started the day off bad after having my touch base with Dean and was then asked to sign a bunch of sub/waives and grades changes, then back date the dates. Jitters and frustration!

No offense, but spell and grammar check would make you not only sound more legitimate, but educated. Its hard to take you seriously, and question your teaching skills with your post.
