There is a rumor that Kuwait and Saudi are at least negotiating again. No word of any progress being made
It is a train wreck in Kuwait. No one is doing any work. There is no communication from leadership.
ETC has no anything official yet. but seeing much slight email flow asking for help from BU's. People are asking each other how they can help .. basically asking for charge codes to cover their hours in order to meet billable hour % in ETC.
seems a perfect storm is coming...
