Are any of you guys really scared and frightened of back stabbing, creeping, ass kissing trying to keep your pitiful jobs and loosing your dignity.

They are threatening to fire employees at Navigation if production doesn't go up. It's become all about threats at Navigation. It's gonna get worse because employees have become expendable
There are plenty of backstabbers working for BHI. So much experience has been let go, while so much inexperience has been kept. I'm so happy that I saved for this rainy day that was coming, and I was able to leave stress free. Life is so much better now. I would not work for BHI if they called me tomorrow. Better days ahead.......
