Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Fort Worth- Beach Street location

Does anyone have any information regarding the location? The building seems to be a ghost town and management is being very secretive with any information . I am hoping for the best but certainly preparing for the worse. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Bank of Americas executives want big bonuses and large pay raises and use this company for their own gain. The executives zero in on expanding short-term markets. We purposely over extend headcount to meet short-term demand (maximize profits). We cheer leader the stockholders. Executives, CEO make large bonuses. Executives brush responsibility and blame poor market growth conditions. We reduce headcount. By the time you realize you were played for a fool (family bank, upholding values crap) you are on the street. Profits were maximized and CEO and executive made their personal money. Do not let the door hit you in the ass on your way out.

Not sure if anyone has figured it out but it has been spelled out for you.

The next time someone asks in an interview if you have fortune 500 experiences you can spit in their face or beat the living hell out of them.

Let us talk ethics and responsibility?

Look you can not pursuit a career in this place period. All the operation processing will move to the offshore. Only some branch operations performed locally; however those will be replace by robot sooner or later.

We agree with gospel words but when it comes to practicing the gospel, Bank of America turns its back. Bank of America uses its own perverted laws to ravage the land. Bank of America is the number one bank sinner four times over the world has seen. It is ironic this sinner bank is located in the southern bible belt. Baptists who are con artists and church worshipers who can read but do not practice. You must admit the similarity seems ironic.

You then who teach others, do you not teach yourself? While you preach against stealing, do you steal?

A great place to work does not withhold and hide information from employees. You would be correct but they are waiting on a confirmation from HR, Lawyers and Corporate Security.

Hey man, same here in Plano...complete ghost town in all 3 buildings on campus. The legacy site next door isn't exactly full either. Managers have been acting secretive as well...wouldn't be surprised if we were all gone by this time next month..typical seasonal attrition with BAC.
