Just read the last few posts on here, if this is not an indication of Weatherfords future I don't know what is. This is how Weatherford employees behave. Unprofessional !! Past and present employees, doesn't matter. They are or once were employed by Weatherford. This is the type of people they hire, from upper management to support staff. Weatherford is for certain doomed in the US if they continue down this route.

You do realize you're posting on an anonymous board that encourages starting rumors and talking trash! This isn't an intercompany board. That should have some professionalism about it. Not this place, this is for blowing off steam and sharing info.
Totally agree with everything said. The KINGWOOD managers are atrocious. Constantly stabbing each other and staff in the back. Just horrible behavior especially the female managers
Agreed! Management and HR here are horrible! It's good to finally see people speaking up about this terribly managed location. A bit over board with the insults but if you work here then we all know all that we have to put up with. Managers always pointing fingers instead of looking for resolutions. If they can't work as a team and bad mouth each other then no one will ever respect them.....as seen on these posts.
No one at KINGWOOD works a full 8 hrs., including management. And don't get me started on their HR. just a puppet..
94713, the manager there obviously sucks! I mean, their hiring process must be atrocious. No other branch plant has such whiny employees as far as this board goes. Does anyone there work?
94706: I know how you feel. I've been frustrated with the KINGWOOD managers too. They are lazy, stupid etc. Nice to have someone that agrees with me. These KINGWOOD managers are awful.
Weatherford International employs some of the laziest, stupidest, most unprofessional, and most bigoted people I have ever met. Frankly, it shows the incompetence of the management and their over-reliance on cronyism, nepotism, and love of good 'ol boys (and girls) system to fill their ranks.
I have also met some smart, honest, hard workers who are employed there but they've been the minority.
MINI get it? Someone of not very tall stature. She's not screwing anyone ...not anymore. I'm sure in her younger days she did. That's why she's in the position she's in.

Oh my god.. I was NOT in anyway shape or form saying that is is okay. I was NOT addressing the issues at Kingwood. What I was saying is that theses posts are inappropriate and unprofessional and that this is how Weatherford employees act!!

I work at KINGWOOD and as much as I dislike these managers calling them sluts is a bit extreme. Bitches gets your point across just fine 😂

Yeap. These people posting that type of stuff should be ashamed of themselves!! Okay you don't like someone, or agree with how the Company is ran - so discuss it in a professional manner and not like your a thug on the street or in high school.

I agree!!!!! And this is exactly why I was COMPLETELY THRILLED when they laid me off after only a short time with this company. Unbearable to work with such unprofessional people.
