Too numerous to count. But really the only one that really hurts them is the Gov lawsuit for 11 Billion for fraud. They can BS their way out of almost any small time lawsuit but when the Gov goes out of their way to file a lawsuit against you, then you REALLY must of done something wrong and they have the evidence and legal strength and time to prove it. And they should know better, EDMC has a law school in Calif in Orange County which is the most conservative county in the nation (AKA we love corporations). Some of those guys are judges that teach their and to no surprise, AI has never lost in court case there.
