Pfft. They'll need the revenue in short time. Panama Canal widening will mean the death of CA ports. Shipping will keep on motoring past that high cost place. Droughts will kill off farming. More revenue gone up in the dust. Looter class will keep on demanding their "rights to a living wage" or rather free paycheck for sitting on their butts. Tax rates will keep going up accordingly and businesses will keep moving out. When they're finally left with nothing it'll be drill baby drill!
