My department was so dead set on getting me out through lies and hidden discrimination, they fell for the bait. IDIOTS! LOL!! I had always forewarned I was not like the others in the department they'd fired through false accusations simply because they didn't like the person or because the victim reported discriminatory acts to HR. The smart dummies have succeeded in setting themselves up for a lawsuit due to careless and STUPID actions based on high school antics. I told them the shenanigans would stop with me, and I meant that. They will not have the opportunity to do it to anyone else. Leaders initiate change and fight for what's right!!! Not go along out of fear!!!

"Let's give them something to talk about..."
HA! They fell for it. They think they were actually recorded. LMAO!
You can use recordings of any one-on-ones and department meetings as long as you were a party in that conversation.
Thanks! If I could rewind the hands of time, I would change NOTHING about my actions.
Hey gurl! You know for a fact you were treated unfairly. Prove it! Make us proud!!
Yeah, I thought about that, especially the termination meeting. Can't use those though.
Those meetings you recorded with your cell phone may help.
Yeah, now they have to coach them on a new set of lies. It's still unbelievable the same people who talked about the boss reported my intent to go to HR. Low down dirty dogs!
This sounds familiar. TE, I always knew you were smarter than they portrayed you to be. They are nervous, interviewing folks and scrambling. Good job!
I found half truths in my employee file. Half in that they completed paper work slandering me, but never shared it with me. Things were post dated and inaccurate. There must be zero quality control when it comes to the garbage they put into files (or hiring managers, too).
That's bad
