The Exodus Continues...

Welcome to the Jungle....we got fun and games....we used to have some of the most talented employees, but now no one knows their names.... Yes, the talent exodus continues. Stock price or not - it's hard not to notice that the only people left at CSW are the clueless, lazy, bored, and talentless. It is like a University of Phoenix reunion (I wonder if they have those at a for profit POS school like U of Phoenix?). Good people continue to walk out the door, proudly displaying their new offers with local tech and consumer companies. Sadly, our higher-ups have the same nonchalance about the exodus as they did about that $10 Million program hiccup (whoops!) in the Lori business area. As long as they're still getting paid to sit around and look important, or to ruffle feathers when one of the Sicilians is in town... it's all good. Time to get on Glassdoor and see what you're worth, time to update that resume, time to get that LinkedIn profile lookin' snappy, time to contact that local search company. Time, time, time... In the jungle, welcome to the jungle, we'll bring you to your kn-kn-kn-kn-knees! knees!

The clueless, lazy, bored, and talentless were the only ones ever getting promoted. Nothing has changed.

I get so fed up with being told I do the work of 3 or 4 people and have way too much value as a worker and that is why promotions or transfers get blocked.

Guess I better learn how to be lazy so I can have the same opportunities of those 3 or 4 people who got promoted after I did their job for years?

This post is really funny! I left back in Jan and it has been the most stressful but best career based decision I've made. Paid more, appreciated and I have a work/life balance!
