sure you want to get walked out, talk big, all you have to do is tell your boss to pass it on to who ever is making the list!
they should have a list where those that want to volunteer for layoff can sign up
Why is it a secret about voluntary layoff offer it to everyone might have more than they wanted to take it. They starving us out force us to walk.

Rubbish !!! I work at Badentoy Portlethen and have asked for voluntary and heard nothing. I am not ashamed to tell you that . Many other people have asked also .........Hr are not looking at others to reduce burden !!!!!
Please call HR immediately. We are here to help you. All efforts will be made to provide you the voluntary layoff package- 4 weeks / yr of service.

Of course they want the layoff package. They arent making any money and are away from home for nothing..... And being fed crapy food to boot....

Yes you can volunteer to be layed-off we are making a list of names. To be considerded for this program you must call HR and ask them to add your name to the list.
