Only senile greybeards left at CSE... only the old and talentless at CSW... well, even though they are old, they do make a lot of money, which does help. Somehow. I remember when I was young, talented and ambitious. I remember those days better than what I had for breakfast.

No age discrimination going on here, right? CSE management makes little fantasies about their "young men", (when they can get them as recruiting is tough) being Gods. Oh surprise, the newbies are not the experts that so outshine the more experienced folks. They are just young people fresh out of school. There is a lot of weird warping of perceptions of a person at CSE. It is a all a convoluted form of lying. And when you lie about one thing (people's expertise), you'll lie about other things too.
Yeah, Younger Dude, the "younger generation" has been doing a fantastic job running the country since Jan 2009.
There aren't any "younger dudes" left, pal. Unlike you, we left for better paying jobs at better companies with better looking women. Maybe it's time to put down that 8-track version of the Eagles' Hotel California, trade in those Obama "mom jeans" for a pair of Levi 511s (or Seven for all Mankind, if you prefer), and take your AARP card down to the Cinemark for the Monday "Senior Citizens" discount. God knows you shouldn't be working anymore, especially at a defense and aerospace company. We've seen what happens to the country when Baby Boomers run it.... time for fresh blood.
what is there to be talented for at csw - not like we are apple or some tech startup. Seems to me that most of the goofs that spend all their time in meetings are the younger dudes that fit a particular demographic and are trying to introduce a bunch of bull sheep that this place doesn't need - ie. analytics and goofy crap when in reality it is a pretty simple equation. All these guys care about is the dollar amount, they treat every symptom with 3rd world country surgery and it isn't going to work.
