Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Oh boy...

Out with the old (MLS) and in with the new old... once again a board member with no background in the book or publishing industry to supposedly lead us (from the way they have been gushing about him) into the 22nd century.... as Mr. T. once said "I pity the fool...."

The company doesn't have a coupe of years.

Likewise. It will take a couple of years of loyalty to look forward to coming to work again.

"Everything will be OK for you and the company. Don't panic."

The time to panic was a couple of years ago. It's don't worry, be happy now as Follett was not concerned about their company, why should I be concerned? The bridges were burned and any remains have floated out to sea.

Remain calm. I am in control here. Everything will be OK for you and the company. Don't panic.

DG, GT, SS have proven that you don't need experience and you certainly don't need experienced employees. Remember, that trio fixed retail last year and will fix wholesale now.
