Can anyone elaborate with how a teach out is going to occur? How is this going to effect Financial Aid, Accounting, Registar, Housing, and Faculty? Admissions is toast... but then who? Then what?

A teach out occurs when a school has decided to close but by law they have to teach the current enrolled students and will not recruit new students. Admissions is out immediately and other depts will follow on a as needed basis
