4 or 5 reviews means you were with the company a short time. Not enough years to develop any long term positive performance, but enough time to hang onto others' previous performance / coat tails and still manage to be let go due to your incompetence.

Agree it must be the Polymers group. There are dumb jerks there that came in the past 3-4 years and managed to drive the business to its lowest levels.
Must be talking about the dumb asses in the Polymers group. They are just about all gone.
