Halliburton are withholding my $30 million severance payment. What should I do?

It took me six weeks, but I mailed mine. The best and fastest way is to fax your paperwork. Good luck to all who were laid off especially the ones from the woodlands.
If you have not gotten your severance call HR immediately!! I found the best time to actually get a hold of an actual person was around 5pm EST. The paid postage on the envelope is the wrong amount! I was able to fax mine and I followed up with HR a few days after, getting my severance within a few weeks after being laid off. I believe you ONLY have so many days to get the paperwork in or your not entitled to the severance. I've heard all kinds of horror stories of them not receiving severances, that they somehow got "lost".
about 50 days with all the paperwork properly filled out.
55 days and counting.
30 days or so.
