It's really aggravating when people post things such as "the only people left are kiss asses" & things as that.. Did you ever consider maybe, just maybe they got laid off because they didn't have as much experience in, they weren't as good of a worker, they took time off when it wasn't really needed? I understand that some people are respectable workers and they probably did get laid off before others that should of gone before them, but it's rather annoying how everyone's excuses have been rude & that "they god laid off because they don't kiss ass" My apologize to the respectable ones, the others really should get off their high horse and realize life doesn't always throw you the cards you want & move on.

It makes people like that, untrustworthy and fake and more likely to be corrupt.
You will ALWAYS have to kiss someone's ass in one way or another! thats life.
Many of the people still employed are because they have back stabbed there fellow employees who end up being fired or laid off. These are the same corrupt people who don't obey Baker policy and are probably stealing time.
Capitalism = Survival of the fittest. The fittest will find a career and make a living despite temporary misfortunes or serbacks. The complainer, the victims, those that know not Grammer . . . cannot escape the business laws of natural selection, or Dawin-ism!
I agree with this post. Too many bitter people that don't work hard enough.
Surely not all of the people complaining about being laid off are "oustanding workers" give me a break.
sounds like a young kid just starting out. it's all about the bottom line relating to the stock price which is directly manipulated on the financial statement and balance sheet. there is a section relating to operation costs. this is where your salary falls into place. there is a salary range for every position. once you get closer to the upper limit then you will be on the list. simple as that. now, you will always have good people, bad people, and ass kissers throughout your time with company but we all will reach that point sometime.

zzzz guys...I have seen both good and bad guys got let go. guys who said things like the deadwoods got laid off finally get laid off few months later. it could be months, years, or so. If they don't get you now, they will later.
