Just like Carly, in the face of total failure which they created all on their own, EDMC still talks as if they created great things and were a great success. Sorry Carly, I mean EDMC you both failed. Your crappy ideas (like expanding into China where school is free), your lack of experience (assuming any sh-moo can be trained as an artist) and your predatory business practices are what brought this company down. Not the students, not the teachers, not the government, but you and you alone made this happen. Oh and lets not forget that you bought back your own stock at $57+ a share so you could reap all the profits and then you single-handedly turned it into a penny stock worth 0.23 cents. You got kicked off, oh I mean de-listed yourself from the stock exchange in the process. Congratulations! You did it! And they say business people are so much smarter at things they should run the government. Maybe you should run for office or start a business school, oh, wait, never mind. Oh well, at least you and Carly Fiorina have two other things in common, you both ruined thousands of peoples lives using them as pawns and you both left with golden parachutes.

100426 - its clear to me, maybe you need to read up on what socialism is and how programs like social security are socialism. By the way, so is our public schools, fire department and police. In a non socialist society all of those would be private and only if you could afford to pay them like car insurance.

Bedsides that fact that she laid off thousands of employees and shipped the jobs overseas, ( which philosophically is Un-American) she took a company that was making computers and tried to bring them back into making photocopy machines! Thankfully, after they gave her kicked her out they reversed all of her bad decisions and got back into producing computers and brought their stock out of the gutter. Now she claims thats all her doing. It's almost like she worked at EDMC.
KKR took over EDMC after its failure, the Clintons have nothing to do with this disastrous failure and pathetic excuse for a school. But you know who dose? Sen. Olympia Snowe, R-Maine. She was in on EDMC from the start. She and her husband, former Maine Gov. John McKernan Jr., had investments worth between $2 million and $10 million in EDMC. Her husband was CEO of EDMC in 2007. Once the lawsuit hit, they jumped ship. So scandalous that Ms. Snow decided 3 weeks before her re-election not to seek an additional term even with $3 million in her campaign coffers.
