They have been working us like dogs on a tight leash with no days off. It's getting old. The coordinator gets off every weekend must be nice to actual have a personal life and enjoy your family.

Actually there are some that have other jobs lined out. Just waiting on a call. It's probably too late for the district managers to beg them to stay
The deal is, they know they have a bunch of ass kissers with no balls left working there. They know none of you guys will do anything except TALK about finding a new job.
People are going to start leaving If this continues. Half the yard is already looking for a different job. It's an awesome job when we actually get to take off all our days but this new BS is running us off. The coordinator got a 3 day weekend and laughed in our faces when we asked for our days off. They don't give a shit about us. They only care that we are available to be used. We have worked too damn hard to get used like this.
