Last year FSS had record profits, but we got no bonus because FHEG didn't meet goals. This year FHEG has already heard they are getting 100% bonus. FSS has heard nothing. Bet we are getting s%$#ed again.

Last year after they announced we wouldn't get a bonus, Mary Lee pretty much spelled out that FSS was being targeted to be the fall guy next year. Then they announced the 'goals' and a few weeks later told us those were 'preliminary' goals and raised them 25%. Hmmm, you think they were afraid we might actually meet the goals?
They announced they are going to pay out profit sharing, but not a word about bonus. Too bad I am no longer eligible for profit sharing. Thanks Follett family. Hope you are enjoying all the money you have taken out of my pocket.
DG and his flunkies presented their plan for achieving 100% to FSS. They did their magic and cooked the books.
