Those that retired from BHI and reading these posts did not get laid off. They left at the right time, and most likely agree with many of the complainers because they know all of the crap that was handed out by BHI incompetent so called managers.
I've worked my ass off for baker over the years. Countless times I have saved them from loosing contracts. I cared about the job, but in the end I was let go because I was not part of the "click" there is so much of who you know, and who's ass you can kiss the most. There are so many people in positions now that are far from qualified. This is the reason for so many contracts being lost, and our reputation going down the drain. I have also stood by, and watched Baker do so many illegal things over the years "fully compliant" my ass. If Baker thinks they are loosing money now. Just imagine how bad it could really get if some of us ex employees start to talk.
I didn't get a bottomless spending account to pay for limo rides to and from work, or have them pay for my family to go on exotic vacations. Baker Huges never bought me anything, it was obtained from the salary I earned in return for a service.

Really dumbdick 100872. We provided a service and in turn expected to be paid. We took our earnings from multiple years of putting up with a bunch of bs chicken shit politics dealing with people telling you how you needed to do your job knowing damn well they couldn't do it theirselves. The problem here is just cause you think the people that went to college know better than anyone else isn't always true. Many men and women dedicated their lives to this company over the years missing multiple things with their families just to be shafted by a bunch of ungrateful used douche bottles. Myself I'm grateful knowing I have a better job with less bs and knowing it costed Bakers ass for me to walk down the road. I already gained 10 years of my life back.
