The only reason Baker has money is because it over charged its customers by millions and millions of dollars. As far as how it's managed , it's one of the worse managed companies in the world.

Baker cannot initiate any new contracts because it is now practically owned by Halliburton. Any new contracts not approved by Halliburton are void.
