Got screwed by managment here in eastern Canada. They told me I wasn't entitled to severance after 6 years of service because it only kicked in after 8 years. I had to sign off because they made me fly back from overseas saying I had work but when I arrived, however when I came back I was told I was being laid off so I was broke with 2 kids and needed to Get Employment insurance going immediately. They knew they had me and are dishonest as hell. Maybe they should look into some of the managments P cards and see where they are losing alot of money. Got screwed over but SO glad to be outta that shithole of a company. Moving on to bigger and better things. Good luck to All of you.

I got 2 weeks pay and holidays. Thats all they said I was entitled to. After 6 years. They also let a guy go who was with the company for 17 years and gave him basically nothing.
