Thread regarding Follett layoffs

100's of Infosys consultants

After huge investments and hundreds of Infosys consultants working on upgrades eFollett is continually trounced by Chegg. We all know what eFollett growth is, while Chegg "The company’s revenue for the quarter was up 14.1% on a year-over-year basis.". Time to make changes starting with SS who over promised and undelivered.

SS needs to go. His undying loyalty to Infosys and TCS is very suspect. Mr. Heat. Follett family, is this what you wanted? I can't believe you have no loyalty to your employees. They have delivered absolutely nothing!

It's just like the blind leading the blind.

They let so many good people go in all departments and kept the ones that only know how to kiss and lick ass (both figuratively and literally)... I mean if I were GT who wouldn't want a ride on the RC coaster of fun and what guy wouldn't want to climb Mount KV or LP??? JUST LOOK AT THOSE POINTS!!!!

ALL KIDDING ASIDE THEY ALL MAKE ME SICK... I JUST STICK IT OUT HOPING TO SEE THEM ALL FALL FLAT ON THEIR FAT FACES AND BUTTS. AS THEY SAY THE BIG JUDGEMENT DAY WILL COME AND WE'LL SEE WHO REALLY GETS THE LAUGH

These were friends and buddies they brought over from Sears and Office Max. You ever work with any of them? Wow, big titles and have absolutely no clue what they are doing. It's sickening watching these people walk around with the director, VP or whatever salaries and be so completely clueless about their position or Follett. They bring nothing to Follett and are dead weight. It's sad to see how many good people, smart people, Follett has lost because Follett lost sight of the basic understanding of promoting from within.

just to clarify my previous post. Follett has always hired the cheapest execs they could! Just look at who they hired and the impact those hires had on the organization.

did they deliver where they were? Just look at the condition of those organizations! What's that old saying? "You get what you pay for". Follett has never hired based on quality. They hire based upon salary.

Haven't all the new senior execs that came from Sears, Kmart and Office Max under delivered?
