There will be huge layoffs within supply chain soon. Some PSLs will not be able to perform the few jobs they have due to the employees being laid off. I really hope there is someone with a brain behind all this...

Just wear in mind, after merger the consolidation of department will comence, I guess there is space for additional 10% of total volume BHI & HAL work force layoffs, including engineering, research and management - see the results of other maergers in various industries worldwide.
Any idea if they gonna kick out more petrotechnical people? I am not surprise with support services personnel especially supply chain. we knew this coming just matter of time.
The supply chain department for both Hal and BH is their largest department. Huge layoffs within Hal supply chain will make room for post merge BH/Hal employees.
