Rankin Rd. has more space to accommodate all of Polk St. Navigation does not have enough space.

I think Polk St should be divided between Navigation and Emmott rd.

Heard Rankin will be closed in June.
I don't see why they couldn't. Unless they plan on closing Rankin Rd. in the future.
