Managers don't care or come to work anymore

Managers @ rankin (paid) taking days off doing the IRONMAN in the woodlands....

Managers @ BOT Odessa completions taking every Friday off golfing.....

Does it even matter anymore

This is why we were 3rd place and why we got bought. Our CEO gets 29 million, we get laid off and the managers under him take paid Friday's off Golfing and get to do the ironman.

I mean nevermind the economic situation or the merger or trying to fight our way back to 3rd place after being sold. None of that. I'm going golfing bro. Let them eat cake

In Navigation they are all taking turns taking vacation. One goes for one week on vacation and then next week a different person goes.

People have lost hope. Why should they work hard if there is no guarantee they won't be laid off when Halliburton takes over. Do you really think that they are going to keep the hardest workers? Give me a break. They are going to layoff what ever quota they got.

I cannot believe what is posted, golf on Friday only? Surely you got your facts wrong and mean't golfing on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and oh Friday. Leaving Saturday and Sunday to claim some paid overtime work.
