The Technical College in Singapore was closed. Everybody was fired. The next step is to close the South Africa and South Korea facilities.

Singapore Training; 5 of 9 Training Instructors, 1 pregnant lady administrative staff & the Training Manager were laid off.
All the instructors laid off were at disadvantage as they were bonded. The laid off compensations were among the minima given in Singapore. Oil price is expected to remain low, who are still in NOV & not bonded is advice to get at alternative employer as NOV Singapore is expected to have more lay off giving least among of compensations. Better run if opportunity arise. No point staying with NOV.
