My Merrill Lynch account still shows no update after termination date. I called HR two weeks ago and was told they would appear back on your account in 2/3 weeks. Anyone heard of anything yet?

Mine still say cancelled - keep in mind I was let go late March. It's bad enough getting let go, you'd think the company would be courteous enough to arrange this ahead of time. Waiting for money owed to you, from a company that does not have your best interests in mind, in unacceptable.
Has anybody actually gotten their shares back as of yet?

Sorry. Me neither... Although they no longer say CANCELED, so I guess that's a step forward. Maybe they are waiting to award them until after the dividend payout date...
They are restricted stock units. During the shale boom the Petrotech people were awarded these stock.
Can someone please explain RSU accounts. Is it a heritage company program? Thanks.
