Much much better life, pay and work life balance outside of Intel. Intel is too big now and very slow moving.
But Intel experience looks good on the resume. All the torture your manager puts you through there, you get life experience and learn how not to treat your colleagues. :)
Better or worse is depend on you, life is yours, decision is yours, future is yours. Intel not the only one company in the world. cheers!!!

If you are under 40, much better after Intel. A lot more doors are opened to you having Intel work experience on your resume.
