Even if it's not a rumor, it wouldn't be made public as it's CCI.

BS rumors, nothing true
I agree with Anonymous120167 : Qualcomm really has serious credibility issues after they try to mask issues with S810 till very last stage of its commercialization( i.e. very top management involved in cover up).Its very very difficult to regain credibility once you lose it..Sorry but I will not trust qcom again till it earn back its credibility by launching couple of successful products in a row... Sorry to see once a great company in this miserable state...
Anonymous120079: Do you think QCOM management in this honest? QCOM masked S810 issues till commercialization and caused irreparable damage.QCOM is infested with lot of greedy short term morons who manipulate performance numbers to try to to put their less then optimal product down their customer throat so they can meet numbers to get their hefty bonuses/stocks....
QC is off the hook, if it discloses a new feature to use your phone heating vibrator in winter time.
Management is obligated to report if they believe a product will have a major problem when launched. I would assume even if there are some problems during development as long as the management believes there won't be issue for the production, they are not obligated to report. If the management believes there will be significant problems, they would either postpone launch or cancel the project.
No obligation to disclose LEGALLY but I expect some kind of statement about this wrapped under "forward looking" statement stuff in tomorrows earning call. You are a IDIOT investor if you are lurking this forum to dig actual official info ( I am here to judge general mood inside company )
This is obviously someone looking for insider info.
