I am a reporter with Reuters and looking for stories about Americans displaced by outsourcing. 202 354 5831 or sarah.n.lynch@thomsonreuters.com. I can keep your identity anonymous. I hope to hear from you. I am interested in know which company Qualcomm is using, how much these H1Bs are getting paid, etc and whether anyone has filed complaints with the DOL or DOJ.

They laid off fulltime people using PIP or they chose to package instead of agreeing to a PIP. Then they hired temps with OPT or H1B.

At times they changed work assignment of people who are waiting for their green card processing to do QuIC Inc's work. But they did not move them to QuIC Inc.!They stayed with QTI Inc until green card cleared.

Do you want to hear from people with PhD from UMichigan and Cornell in nanotechnology and currently on H1b?.

These people are not easily replaceable.

One thing I know many folks move to different assignments but to avoid impacting their application process, they are kept in the same department for a long time. Is this not illegal?

I am a ex H1B soon to be American citizen. Are you interested in my contributions to the American economy including 16Y of federal and state taxes? Not to mention my well educated American citizen children which will bring further contributions to GDP
